Sylent Nqo is kicking off his countywide tour at Alliance Française in Harare

Sylent Nqo, one the country's most gifted guitarists and vocalists, will be embarking on a countrywide tour with his band The Noisemakers. Set to kick off Friday, 20 February at Alliance Française in Harare, the tour is set to grace Bulawayo, Mutare, Masvingo and Chinhoyi, before closing out with a return to Harare.

"I’ve enjoyed international tours, and I look forward to more, but there’s nothing like playing at home for my own people," shared Sylent Nqo in an interview with 263Culture.

The singer revealed that a key feature of the tour is going to be collaboration, and so far he has announced that Mary Anibal and Vuyo Brown will be joining him for the Harare and Bulawayo legs of the tour respectively, with other artists set to be announced as tour dates get closer. The singer has invited fans to suggest names they would like to see him perform with.

Sylent Nqo has previously embarked on multiple international tours that have seen him performing in countries such as Norway, Egypt, South Africa, Italy and Australia. Dubbed "The Guitar Sangoma," he has his own slice of history as the first African to ever to be named the Senior Solo Instrumental Grand Champion of the World at the World Championships of Performing Arts in Hollywood.

In 2025 the singer had a breakout year that saw him signing a landmark deal with Bridgenorth Music, and releasing multiple hit songs that include "Huya," "Denga," and "Home Alone."

Tickets for the Harare and Bulawayo legs of Sylent Nqo's tour are currently on sale. Harare tickets can be found at Alliance Française and Bulawayo tickets are available online from Flippin Tickets.
