DVD Shop Sessions
NRVNA Lab's DVD Shop Sessions is literally as the title says, a laid back interview in one of Harare's last remaining DVD shops, which is always capped off by a performance. Hosted by VI The Law, the show features some the country's most talented emerging names: Hooksmith, Vera, Supermuno, Enhle and more.
Zazise's Deciphad
Deciphad sees the award winning media platform, Zazise, diving deeper into some of Zim hip hop's most notable releases. Albums, songs, lyrics, and themes are broken down with in depth understanding of the music landscape.
The Doc Vikela Comedy Show
Broadcast on Zbc TV and Zbc's YouTube channel, The Doc Vikela Comedy Show sees emerging stand up comics getting their moment onscreen. Hosted by Doc Vikela, it showcases diverse characters and stories, with laughter being a constant.
Gango
As the Zimbabwean sees various protein mixed in together, Gango the web series is a melting pot of characters with loud personalities. It is centred on a house that has tenants continuously added by the landlord until it is bursting at the seams.
Kickin' It With Kim Jayde
Offering up a different approach to celebrity interviews – with talent from across the music, TV, film and fashion industries – the show centres conversations around pop culture, streetwear, creativity, representation and most importantly sneakers. The series set for its broadcast TV debut on Bravo TV Africa (DStv Channel 124) from May 25.
Tsano Charle
Tsano Charle follows the crazy life of deported Charles Kachisi. From adjusting to returning to Zimbabwe, to formulating schemes to gain wealth, the sitcoms star studded cast guarantees laughter.
The Bachelors
Four broke but ambitious bachelors in Harare juggle wild hustles, romantic mishaps, and endless chaos in a tiny flat, proving that friendship can survive anything—except maybe rent day. The College Central and Paden Network production is simply brilliant.
Magweja
Set against the backdrop of Zimbabwe’s mining sector, Magweja delves into the lives of artisanal miners. Utilising humour the series sheds light on their daily struggles, resilience, and the socio-economic challenges faced by mining communities that rely on small-scale mining for survival.
Magriza Made Me Cook
