Local hip hop star ILL Ceey who is also known as I double L and Dj Ray Dizzle are officially performing as an opening act to the Brick and Lace show being held at the Borrowdale race course's fusion on Saturday 28 August
Confirming through a phone call ILL Ceey also said it is a good look since promoters, Media and Radio barely put needles on local hip hop records, turning a blind eye on the genre that has influenced youth worldwide which was kind of frustrating and hard to understand.
Brick and lace, a Jamaican duo are touring the region and are making their first appearance in Mutare at the Hillside country club as confirmed in a voice over conversation which was posted on the famous social network Facebook. Most Mutare fans reacted and took it to twitter and facebook with some saying they were not too sure if they were going to attend the event for it was "beef waiting to happen" and some saying "kucharohwa munhu kuBrick and Lace uku"
Brick and Lace performed at Avondale in Lusaka, Zambia on the 21st of August before heading to the eastern border town
