Simba Tagz and Mr. Kamera Inducted Into Official Apple Music "Behind The Boards" Playlist Series

Whether it's banging minimalist beats, vocals, mixing, or anything within the Afrobeats supply-chain; Simba Tagz and Mr. Kamera have consistently been Instrumental to the burgeoning AfroPop sound, working with various African Artists while staying true to their Zimbabwean roots. 

Recently, both artists were inducted into the official Apple Music Behind The Boards Playlist Series joining other notable producers and sound engineers like Dr Dre, Timbaland, Pharrell Williams, Metro Boomin to name a few. 

Apple music has compiled and curated more than 35 African music creators and composers including Simba Tagz and Mr. Kamera for "Behind the Boards" and "Songbook" Playlist series to showcase some of the songs they have worked on over the years, see statement below from Apple Music Africa Editor (shared via instagram)

Simba Tagz has crafted some of the biggest hits from Burner Boy, Exq, Mr Eazy to Lady Zamar.

 

Mr Kamera has worked with Dj Maphorisa, Ice Prince, Walshy Fire, Davido to name a few.
