Scott Vincent's star keeps on rising as the Zimbabwean holfer recently secured his second Japan Golf Tour win in three starts this past Sunday. The golfer had a fiery 18 under par which saw him win with a comfortable three-stroke victory at the ANA Open at the Sapporo Golf Club in Japan’s northern Island of Hokkaido on Sunday. The win sees Scott jump in rankings from 162 to 123 which is a career high ranking for the golfer.

Mhondoro as Scott is affectionately known started off the final round of the tournament three shots behind Japanese rising star Tomoharu Otsuki. Scott Vincent played a 6 under par which saw him overturn Otsuki's lead in clinical fashion. The win also saw Scott Vincent claim the winner’s cheque of just over US$ 181 000 (20,000,000 Japanese Yen). This sees him rank as 6th in winning on the Japan golf tour.

A few weeks ago the golfer won the Sansan KBC Augusta, his first victory on the Japan Tour this season. In an interview after how latest win the golfer said:

I am really very happy with the second win. It was a tricky situation to play in the wind, but I think my game plan worked. I think the driver shots and iron shots were all good.
