Last Friday, Real Madrid star and Spanish international Dani Carvajal tied the note with his longtime partner Daphne Cañizares, in the Spanish city of Segovia. For their first dance as a couple, the pair danced to an acapella rendition of "I'll always love you" by Zimbabwean RnB artist Tina Masawi.

Tina Masawi said the song was specially chosen by the couple and they insisted on no accompaniment. It was just Tina in a pretty dress with the mic, while the couple elegantly moved together on the dance floor. The artist felt honoured as she shared the news about the performance. In an Instagram post with a picture of the pair at their wedding, she wrote:
Guess who sang the song they danced to for the first time ever as a married couple? Thank you for trusting me on your special day! Fue un honor enorme!

I literally have no idea how they found me but their planner reached out on their behalf, (he/she) found my phone number on LinkedIn apparently.
Tina describes the performance as "an amazing experience," she says "we should be on the lookout for new music." Cora de Hielo was released not too long ago. The song is sung in Spanish and is a gift to Spain, a country that has become her second home.
