Sibongile Mlambo joins the cast of Power Book III: Raising Kanan for Season 4

Power Book III: Raising Kanan has added Zimbabwean actress Sibongile Mlambo to its Season 4 cast in a recurring role. Mlambo will play Imani Okoye, a smart, confident and business-savvy executive at a boutique record label. The actress is part of two new additions to the show, with the other being Paul Ben-Victor known for starring on The Wire.

The Starz TV show is a prequel to the original “Power” series, and it explores the early life of Kanan Stark, played by Mekai Curtis, as he evolves from a naive teenager to a formidable antagonist. Power Book III: Raising Kanan is currently in production in New York for its fourth season, with an early renewal already secured for a fifth season.

Sibongile Mlambo is a Zimbabwean actress based in the United States. She has starred in Netflix’s Lost in Space, the Starz historical adventure television series Black Sails and in films Honey 3 and The Last Face. 


Mlambo is best known for her roles as Tamora Monroe on the MTV television series Teen Wolf, as Donna on the Freeform television series Siren, and voicing Melusi in the Ubisoft multiplayer game Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege.
