The Harare based urban groover Trevor Dongo got very religious when reflecting on the dead and gone 2010. According to Trevor, 2010 was a very important year for his career and will go down in his books as the year it all began. Mr Dongo reacted to the success of his single called "Runako" both on radio and television in 2010.
In a statement the urban groover said, "I would like to thank the almighty God for lifting me up to where i am today. Thank you so much my true fans who voted for my video Nerunako. I made it to the second position on the ZTV TOP 5O Videos of the year! I am nothing without you guys, may GOD bless you all!"
The urban groover also counted his blessings in 2010 in a statement were he said and I quote, "2010 has been a blessed year for me, first it was the video for NERUNAKO wich took the second position, NERUNAKO song came 5th on Powerfm's top100 then lastly NERUNAKO took the second position on RADIO KUNAKIRWA. TIVANYADZISE came 3rd.. Thanks to you my people. Thank you JESUS!
Trevor also features on a Macdee produced, Leonard "NaMapfumo" Mapfumo's Two Chete smash hit thats been doing damage on local charts alongside Rutendo from the Album "The journey"
