Zimbabwe Hip-Hop Artist releases self titled album Suhn

Zimbabwean Rapper Tafara Dondo known as Suhn has released the long-anticipated 32 minutes, 12-track debut album titled "Suhn" via South Africa-based record label Chaos Club Digital Africa.

The 24-year-old Mutare native formerly known as Union 5 got his first big break in 2016 after winning the national talent competition "Dreamstar" on ZBC TV as a beatboxer. This encouraged him to pursue music production where he specialized in making hip-hop and electronic instrumentals. His career began after he started rapping on the beats he produced.

In 2019, Suhn qualified for emPawa Africa final 10, the same platform that discovered and signed Nigerian artist, Joeboy. He later erased all music videos and songs that he made as UNION 5 and rebranded to SUHN.

Not much information about this album has been posted online by his record label. "It’s been such a journey to this point. I wasn’t sure how and if this album would come out but here we are! This project means so much to me and I truly can’t wait for you guys to hear it." said Suhn in a cryptic message announcing the release.
