"18 November 2022! we’re inside HICC with Rick Ross. Are you sure you are Ready?"     Holy Ten captioned a video clip of the announcement on Instagram to much celebration, judging by the comments on the post.

Before the announcement, a Petition had been launched by fans to stop Jah Prayzah and Winky D from performing at the event due to the fact they aren't Hip Hop artists. Holy Ten shared his thoughts about the Petition in an interview with Phathisani Sibanda per the quote below.

I have seen the petitions, everyone doesn't want the big guys too, but do you think Jah Prayzah also doesn't pray kuti aitewo curtain raise for an American artist? Ndozvari kudawo.. for him, he has opened for Rick Ross though. For his career, he opened for Rick Ross hazvina basa kuti iHip Hop kana kuti iye akaimba Afro, for him, it's a milestone so I guess (promoter) achango pika vanhu vari kupisa. Ukaona usina kupikwa, dont Tweet, hausi kupisa. Waiketa? Kana uri kupisa uchango pikwa wonzi, perfoma! But then again, I'm not against even Winky D opening for Rick Ross, It's cool. We will work more, tichazvi deserver izvi until it's undeniable.
