Wanted to drop this on Father’s Day but felt like the day would be over-saturated with music and it’s pretty corny to do that. Think the airwaves have had time to breathe.
The single which also happens to be the artist's first release of 2022 was produced by Buckroll Beats and KapCity is as good as ever. He flows with the same intensity we've come to expect from him as he navigates the instrumental with punchlines that never lack in melody. The visuals which feature his son and are directed by KapCity himself are just as hard-hitting.
To all fathers, future fathers and father figures. Being present in your child's life is already 80% of the job. Don't be that guy.
